I received a message on tumblr asking if I was ever going to re-do the Kanto Gym battle remix. I wanted to for awhile but didn't really feel like it at the time. And looking back at the original file, holy crap was that thing a train wreck! Meh, I tried to mend this into more of a "powerhouse" theme than it was before and I sped it up to its original tempo. The one I had on the first version was agonizingly slow. I think it turned out alright, might have overused the piano a bit, but it's all gravy.
