Sorry, had to reupload this video after the last had too much reverb.

It's really summertime here and I've been cooking up in my apartment for a few days now trying to finish this piece. Kind of makes me wish I was CHILLIN' in space, haha! Except not really.

Because then I'd be dead.

Anyway, this is theme of the legendary Pokémon of time and space, Dialga and Palkia, from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. I was super excited when D/P came out for the DS in 2007 and played for three day non-stop. Afterward, I got kind of burnt out on the fact that the games just recycled the whole evil-team-seeks-legendary-Pokémon-to-fulfill-world-domination plot from Ruby/Sapphire, and I began to question whether or not I liked the direction the RPG series was taking (thankfully it got better, but I digress).

The original battle theme from these games captured Dialga/Palkia's reign over the chaotic, so that's what I sought to emphasize in this piece, using orchestral clusters, percussion, and some atonal effects to paint an eerie, unsettling sonic landscape. The beginning of my piece pays homage to composer Bernard Herrmann of Alfred Hitchock's films, who pioneered that "B Science Fiction movie" sound. The rest is influenced by Gustav Holst's "The Planets" with lots of yummy brass to herald the arrival of the PokéGods.

 A really quick made remix. I redid the melody and put it into a typical hardstyle-template. Get the Idea while listening to a few remixes...

It sounds a bit midi-ish when the melo changes...

 A remix of the legendary pokemon music from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. This is one of the songs from my upcoming album of Pokemon remixes. It's a process of creating the remixes in MIDI format by inputting notes by hand. Then using heavy filters, sampels and effects to improve quality to MP3. In this process, only four songs have been made in mp3 and about thirteen in MIDI.

 This was requested a long time ago, and I kept getting it over and over again, so I decided to hurry up and orchestrate the RSE legendary trio battle music with EWQL Symphonic Orchestra / Choirs. I edited up a bit and added more percussion by putting in a strong Bass Drum to make it more powerful than if it would if I kept it with just Timpani. Anyway, how is it?

PRS's remix is the best one I have ever heard of this theme, seriously. Orchestral remixes are the best! =D It is a sort of orchestral remix with drum loops and some other electronica elements throughout the song. It's based off the Pokémon Crystal version, of course.

Extending this one was kind of a fluke. There was one looping point only. At first I didn't think I could do it but, voilà!

Comments are welcomed as always :D I felt like such a bad ass remixing this. Although sony vegas was being unreasonable with the audio and there are a few "clips" in it, but the download link (I'll put it up later) is pretty clean with no clips. Done by ear, took me about 2 days. I improvisied a bit on the harmony but the melody is pretty darn close to the original. I was pretty much motivated to finish this because earlier this morning I decided to pick up my Black version and run around Unova just for the lulz, and decided to catch Kyurem. Personally I perfer Reshiram out of the 3. I noticed it's theme is slightly different than the original. You sly person you; Junichi Masuda.

 Wow, talk about bombastic! I'm very proud of this remaster! It's been a long time since I last used HQ instruments, hasn't it? I decided to give the single trumpet a try, and it worked. I ended up using that trumpet alone (and another one like this as backing) instead of the Trumpet Section that I usually use. Also, I applied less reverb to the instruments than I normally do. I tihnk it sounds just fine, wouldn't you agree?


I love Rayquaza, it's such a badass looking Pokémon. And Kyogre, which doesn't look as badass but is nice. Groudon... is an ugly beast. To be honest.

I'll see if I can provide a download link for the music. Enjoy! =D

This is my first ever medley, this is an entry for a contest on the PokemonZone Fourms! I hope that it is somewhat pleasable, I've never done anything like this before. Anyways, I DO have my 400 subs special on the way... this was a detour.
I was going to use Mam Player but FL Studio is saving corrupted 10 hour long Midi files lately with incorrect time changes! xD My only problem is the Bass is too strong and the Percussion is not loud enough to me. These are problems I found AFTER I saved the fixed mp3. =P

 Woot! Another theme from Black and White! This theme only suits for Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyuremu only. This remix is LONG! I had a problem with it at first, but I managed to made it sound pretty good I guess. I added their cries at the end and I don't feel like redoing this again because it takes almost 1 1/2 hours to render this song off of FL Studios(well maybe if I did a collab w/ someone) =/ Of all the Legendary Pokemon I heard..I think Kyuremu has the funnest cry because..well...you should know =P
